Sluice Barrel
This large barrel was made at our workshop for a local farm, the challenging part of this project was keeping everything in line as it was rotated by the outside diameter of the channel section so if it was not parallel it would not run true. the customer was pleased with the final product.
Themes water bio gas systems
This was a large project for us and also a challenging one as we had to meet deadlines whilst keeping an excellent level of quality.
during this project we fabricated a new section of pipework leading from an old gas storage tank to new CHP engines. The project required a large amount of offsite manufacturing and also on site welding due to confined space's to get the final fixtures in place.
